  1. Go to My Orders in your Emela account
  2. Select the relevant order
  3. Click Report a Problem
  4. Submit required details and supporting evidence

Our support team will review your claim and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Resolution Process

After reviewing the claim, Emela may:

  • Arrange a replacement
  • Provide store credit
